This position focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and related business processes. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience managing intermediate to large-scale projects with effective results using prescribed methodologies.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, role definitions, and risk management strategies.
• Mastery of standard project management applications and software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and instruct others.
• Strong problem identification skills, anticipation of potential issues, and ability to present solutions.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may impact multiple functions and involve team organization.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience: 2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree may be substituted with relevant experience.

Preferred Education: Additional formal project management training.

Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.

Additional Information
