This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and related processes within the business. Project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues and risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in managing intermediate to large-scale projects with effective results, using established methodologies. Strong knowledge of project management techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, role definitions, and risk management plans.
• Proficiency with standard project management software and applications; quick learner of new tools and capable of instructing others.
• Ability to identify and anticipate problems, and propose solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Experience consulting with senior project management staff and following established procedures. Projects may impact multiple departments and teams.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience: 2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree optional with relevant experience.

Preferred Education: Additional formal project management training.

Preferred Certifications: PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.
