Job Description

This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and other related processes within the business. Project management responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and issue/risk management.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Proven experience and results in managing intermediate to large-scale projects, utilizing prescribed approaches. Solid knowledge of project management methods and techniques.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication plans, schedules, role definitions, and risk management strategies.
• Proficiency in standard project management applications and software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and instruct others.
• Problem identification and anticipation skills, with the ability to present solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Experience consulting with higher-level project management staff and referring to established procedures. Projects may have moderate cross-functional impact.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Job Qualifications

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least one project management course.

Required Experience

2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; degree optional with relevant experience.

Preferred Education

Additional formal project management training is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt is desirable.

Compensation

Pay Range: $77,969 - $155,508 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on location, experience, education, and skills.
