Job Description

This role focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management, and other related processes within the business. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, and managing issues or risks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects with effective results, using established project management methodologies.
• Ability to develop detailed project plans, communication strategies, schedules, define roles, and manage risks and assumptions.
• Proficiency with standard project management software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and train others.
• Problem-solving skills, including identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Ability to consult with senior project staff and follow established procedures; experience with cross-functional teams is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; at least one project management course required.

Experience: 2-4 years in business, engineering, or related fields; relevant experience can substitute for education.

Preferred: Formal project management training; PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable.
