Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in product development, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
• Experience analyzing engineering design changes and working with complex Bills of Material.
• Strong project management capabilities across planning, execution, risk, cost, and schedule control.
• Experience implementing new processes and products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver product and manufacturing initiatives on time, cost, and quality targets.
• Plan projects end-to-end, defining scope, requirements, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Manage project execution by tracking risks, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, and design change qualification to ensure product readiness and manufacturing robustness.
• Present project progress and outcomes to stakeholders at milestones and gates.
