What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and execute projects, ensuring successful implementation of technical solutions
- Facilitate project meetings and manage project scope, financials, risks, and issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS with a minimum of 6-8 years of IT project management experience in a GXP validated environment in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial pharma/biotech IT project management focusing on data management
- Proven ability to articulate complex concepts simply and coherently, both verbally and in writing
- Strong experience with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously and collaborate with diverse teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Spotfire)
- Proven experience in managing Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Background in data warehousing and master data management
