The ideal candidate brings clarity to complex projects, balances technical and business requirements, and ensures seamless execution from concept through delivery—all while keeping the employee experience at the heart of every decision.

At Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE), base pay takes into account market data, location, and other factors. The base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid policy and individual factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role is eligible for SIE’s benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, wellness program, and employee discounts for Sony products. The role may be eligible for a bonus. Details are provided during the hiring process.
The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.
$137,200 — $205,800 USD
