Halff is seeking a Project Manager (P.E.) Civil/Stormwater Engineer to join our expanding Water Resources Engineering team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will lead and manage water resources projects, delivering hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, drainage and watershed management, FEMA floodplain analysis, and early‑stage design solutions for both public and private stormwater infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of project management experience in water resources engineering, hydrology, hydraulic modeling, and related civil engineering disciplines. You are a technically strong, solutions‑oriented professional who thrives on helping communities and developing cost‑effective, maintainable, and sustainable designs for municipalities, government agencies, and private developers.
