About The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team at our West Chester, PA location.

What you'll do

• Review customer contracts to ensure proper scope and terms.
• Manage and monitor project costs while maintaining or improving target margins.
• Prepare change orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Manage projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to seven years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, preferably managing miscellaneous metals or structural steel.
• Degree in construction management preferred.
• Proficiency in reading shop and erection drawings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
• Strong computer skills.
