Hiring: Full-time Project Manager - Remote

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Your responsibilities include:

  • Project Management & Organization:
    • Oversee and manage cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, engineering, and general operations.
    • Handle both long-term and short-term projects, each with varying scopes and objectives.
    • Utilize Trello to track and organize all project tasks.
    • Lead and prioritize quarterly tasks and weekly projects.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to track milestones.
    • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
    • Organize and lead meetings, ensuring action items are followed up on.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead Management Support:
    • Assist in managing CRM workflows and pipelines.
    • Set up, maintain, and improve HubSpot CRM automation and workflows.
    • Ensure follow-up tasks are triggered appropriately.
    • Handle HubSpot CRM tasks, including data entry and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Performance Reporting:
    • Run sales and marketing performance reports.
    • Create and automate performance report generation.
  • Scheduling Calls/Appointments:
    • Book appointments on the client’s calendar.
  • Delegation & Administrative Support:
    • Assist in triaging and organizing the client’s inbox.
    • Maintain an organized calendar.
    • Send reminders and confirmations for client and prospect appointments.
    • Act as a gatekeeper for the client’s key commitments.
