Job description

Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a full-cycle implementation of Epicor Prophet 21 (P21). The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering ERP projects successfully, with deep hands-on functional experience in Prophet 21. This role is key to supporting end users, managing change, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Prophet 21 ERP across departments.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide functional expertise in Prophet 21, supporting users in real-time and helping bridge technical and business needs.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure a successful transition.
• Drive change management activities, proactively addressing resistance and ensuring organizational adoption.
• Monitor project scope, cost, and schedule, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing ERP implementations, with at least one end-to-end Prophet 21 implementation.
• Strong functional experience with Prophet 21, including user support, training, and configuration guidance.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and user adoption strategies.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• PMP Certification is a plus, but not required.
