Job summary

Timeless Construction, LLC. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Project Manager P & D to oversee drywall, paint, and related trades. You will coordinate crews, maintain schedules with the Builder Superintendent, and ensure jobsite safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, communicative, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Experience with drywall or construction management is preferred; Spanish is a plus.

• Order and deliver fill orders
• Coordinate movement and scheduling of drywall hangers, finishers, and painters
• Coordinate the movement of scaffolding
• Tend to basic Builder Superintendent requests
• Relays information from Builder Superintendent to Crew leaders
• Maintain schedules set by builder superintendent
• Motivate crew leader when necessary
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness
• Note any imperfections in workmanship

Requirements

• Prefer a candidate with specific knowledge or prior experience doing drywall, paint, or construction management.
• Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.
