  • This position requires the ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, which may include substations, underground cables, overhead transmission lines, and onshore horizontal directional drills (HDDs). The candidate will conduct regular project review meetings, both internally and with external clients, to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals. They will maintain and monitor project agreements, plans, and schedules, proactively resolving issues and engaging the necessary stakeholders to ensure projects are comprehensively planned and executed.

  • In addition to project management, the candidate will coordinate the preparation of bid specifications for the procurement of materials and services and will manage contractor and vendor performance. This includes overseeing labor relations, safety, quality control, project risk management, permitting and licensing, outage planning, scope change control, environmental compliance, public relations, progress reporting, and project close-out activities.
