Aire Serv is seeking an experienced HVAC professional to join our team in a role focused on quality installation, maintenance, and service. You will deliver world-class service, diagnose issues, and advise customers on the best solutions for their home comfort.

Qualifications

• At least two years plus experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC.
• Technical degree in HVAC is recommended.
• EPA certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service, maintenance, and installation of heating and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with HVAC units.
• Advise customers on system upgrades and service plans.
• Assist with financing options, warranties, and paperwork as needed.
• Install HVAC systems when required and participate in training.
