PROJECT MANAGER – Oracle Utilities (CCS / C2M / WACS)
About Abjayon

Abjayon is a leading provider of enterprise solutions and digital transformation services, specializing in implementing innovative technologies across industries. With a core team of seasoned technologists and engineering leaders, we are committed to solving complex business challenges through deep domain expertise, cutting-edge solutions, and a relentless focus on customer value.

At Abjayon, we thrive on complexity—delivering exceptional results by integrating next-gen technologies, customizing solutions for emerging markets, and accelerating time-to-value for our clients.

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with proven expertise in Oracle Utilities implementations, particularly across platforms like Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Customer to Meter (C2M), Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), and related modules (CCB, MDM, WAM). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT programs, ensuring high-quality execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.

This critical leadership role is focused on driving successful implementations and creating value for some of the most prominent utility companies globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage full lifecycle Oracle Utilities projects, including CCS, C2M, CCB, MDM, WAM, and WACS.
  • Define delivery scope, project schedules, budget estimates, and resource plans using proven Oracle Utilities methodologies.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams and manage workstream dependencies across billing, metering, asset management, field services, and integrations.
  • Ensure timely identification and resolution of risks, issues, and change requests while maintaining alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive structured governance and reporting frameworks, delivering progress updates and executive dashboards.
  • Facilitate Agile and hybrid project methodologies tailored for Oracle Utilities environments, balancing innovation with compliance.
  • Guide the team through UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support (hypercare), ensuring a seamless transition to operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing delivery frameworks and building reusable assets for future engagements.
Required Qualifications
  • MBA preferred; PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) strongly desired.
  • 10+ years of overall project management experience, with at least 6+ years in Oracle Utilities implementations (preferably CCS, C2M, WACS, CCB, MDM, or WAM).
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-disciplinary global teams across technical and functional tracks.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities application architecture, integration, and deployment lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Strong grasp of both Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies, with ability to flex between models as needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and international client environments.
  • Flexibility to travel to client locations, including international sites, as required.
Why Join Us?

At Abjayon, you’ll be part of a passionate, agile, and globally diverse team solving meaningful challenges in the utility space. We offer a performance-driven culture, opportunities for rapid growth, and the chance to work on cutting-edge technology projects with global impact.
