Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. Prefer Restoration experience but not required. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project's development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating daily dispatch of field teams and tracking job progress.
- Scheduling jobs, vendors (appliances, electronics, textiles), and inspections.
- Managing XactAnalysis for all program-related assignments.
- Learning and becoming proficient with Xactimate for estimating and invoicing support.
- Handling invoicing, billing, and collections follow-ups.
- Conducting quality control on in-progress and completed projects and preparing final reports, including Total Loss Inventory.
- Communicating with customers, adjusters, and restoration partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Site visits, creating job scopes, meeting vendors and clients to assist with projects.
- Using tools like Encircle, Albiware, QuickBooks, etc. to manage jobs.
- Participating in field pack-outs as needed to understand and support job needs.
- Accepting any other work, tasks, or projects assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong technical skills in software development and web technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
