Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking capable professionals to join our SkillBridge program and our Aeronautics Systems team in Iuka, MS. The role involves entry‑ to mid‑level program management and operations support on site with responsibilities spanning process improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and special program access.
• Experience working in a manufacturing/engineering environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement events to develop and improve processes in aircraft manufacturing.
• Analyze manufacturing processes to minimize scrap, reduce cost, increase capacity, and optimize schedule.
• Provide support to the manufacturing floor by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving solutions.
• Work with program leadership to assess what-if scenarios and guide long-term strategic decisions across programs.
• Develop and summarize analyses for acquisition, maintenance and enhancement of capital assets and equipment.
