Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or Master’s degree.
• Ability to work on an assembly floor.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance and special program access.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate continuous improvement events to develop, define and improve processes in the forming and finishing of aircraft composite structures (industrial setting).
• Analyze manufacturing processes for opportunities to minimize scrap, reduce cost, increase capacity, and optimize schedule.
• Support manufacturing by working with cross-functional teams to solve frontline problems and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Collaborate with program leadership to assess scenarios and guide long-term decisions across multiple programs.
• Generate metrics and studies related to efficiency, cycle times, WIP, manpower, cost, and delivery.
