Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and execute a range of initiatives across the organization. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring teams stay aligned, informed, and productive.

You will run stand-ups, planning sessions, and reviews, track progress, and report to senior leadership on risks and achievements. A PMP or related certification is preferred and online gaming experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of project management experience, preferably in online sports betting/casino industry.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with ability to lead stand-ups and planning sessions.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday).
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and align with business goals and client needs.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and manage resources effectively.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and timely execution.
• Run regular team stand-ups, work planning sessions, and review meetings for progress.
• Track and report project timelines, deliverables, and team performance for leadership.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; resolve issues to minimize disruption.
• Act as main point of contact between project team and stakeholders, providing updates.
