Summary:
We seek a contractor to support the *** Cloud Operations Compliance & Assurance (C&A) team, reporting to the Sr. Director.
The C&A team is a business-embedded compliance team that supports the Cloud Operations division within ***.
This role will focus on partnering closely with Internal Audit to support with end-to-end Internal Audit lifecycle management, with a particular emphasis on tracking, reporting, and driving the on-time close of Internal Audit Management Action Plans.
Additionally, this role will support various general projects within the Compliance & Assurance team.
Job Responsibilities:
• Internal Audit Lifecycle Support: Manage and support the entire Internal Audit lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate tracking, reporting, and closure of Internal Audit Management Action Plans.
• Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and drive multiple projects within the Compliance & Assurance team, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Treat stakeholders as customers, providing exceptional follow-up and communication to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver leadership-level reports, emails, and communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and polish in all interactions.
• Presentation Creation: Develop professional and polished PowerPoint presentations, papers, and reports to support various initiatives and projects within the team.
• General Project Support: Assist with other general projects and tasks, as needed, to support the overall goals and objectives of the Compliance & Assurance team.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience required.

Degrees or certifications required: preferred- bachelor’s degree and PMP certification
