Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager Non Tech 2 to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role supports a team focused on education, workforce development, human services, affordable housing, and public policy initiatives. It is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and community engagement to work directly with diverse organizations and civic leaders throughout the Puget Sound region.

In this role you will:

  • Manage the Senior Director's schedule and provide scheduling support for team members, including correspondence with external partners and civic leaders.
  • Provide administrative support for nonprofits and community groups, including grant and invoice tracking, event planning, and problem-solving.
  • Coordinate resources for nonprofits, including access to tools, information, and program materials.
  • Handle expense reporting and support team operations.

The Ideal Candidate
  • 4+ years of experience with coordination, scheduling, and content management.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting teams with agendas, scheduling, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience or interest in philanthropy and community engagement.
  • Familiarity with the Puget Sound region’s nonprofits, government, and community-based organizations.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
