Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a Scheduling & Project Coordinator to manage multiple construction project timelines and coordinate resources with general contractors and municipalities.

Role emphasizes clear communication among internal teams and external partners, resolving scheduling conflicts, and keeping leadership informed throughout project lifecycles. A bachelor’s in business and 2–5 years in construction supply are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 2–5 years of related experience in construction supply or industrial distribution.
• Experience working directly with general contractors and/or municipalities.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and coordinating multiple project timelines.
• Coordinate resources and people to complete projects on time.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and operational roadblocks.
• Keep leadership and stakeholders updated throughout the project lifecycle.
