• Location: Marion, Arkansas (Hybrid / Remote with travel)
• Position Type: Contract (Approx. 9-Month Assignment)
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, with occasional overtime when on-site)
• Travel: Hybrid schedule with approximately 50% travel to the job site (typically 2 weeks per month on-site). Travel expenses, including flights, rental vehicles, and per diem while on-site, are fully provided/reimbursed.

Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to support a new construction build in Marion, Arkansas.

  While a dedicated full-time Construction Manager is already on-site driving field execution, this role requires a strong, project-minded leader and communicator who excels at cross-functional coordination. You will be responsible for keeping key project priorities on track, facilitating effective communication between corporate stakeholders and field leadership, and managing project scope, cost, and schedule.

  If you excel at facilitating alignment, holding cross-functional team members accountable with diplomacy, and keeping complex build projects organized, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• • Project Governance & Leadership: Serve as a central point of contact connecting corporate strategy and field operations. Facilitate regular status meetings, align team priorities, and keep cross-functional stakeholders accountable to timelines and project goals without disrupting field workflow.

  • Schedule & Cost Management: Oversee baseline project schedules and cost tracking; monitor project performance, track key milestones, and proactively identify potential delays or scope growth.

  • Stakeholder & Team Alignment: Coordinate across multiple internal teams and discipline leads to ensure deliverables, approvals, and decisions are executed on schedule.

  • Site Coordination: Maintain regular presence on-site (1 to 2 weeks per month) to audit progress, meet with local project leadership, and align field realities with corporate planning.

  • Reporting & Risk Mitigation: Maintain clear reporting on project status, risks, and resolution strategies for executive and project leadership.
