Peregrine Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. The Project Manager owns the integrated project plan, operating cadence, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting that keep priority work on track, spanning market launches, multi-site rollouts, partner programs, and other company-wide initiatives.
The Project Manager owns coordination and execution of the work, while functional leaders retain ownership of their teams. Growth, Operations, Compliance, Recruiting, Implementation, Finance, Product, and Marketing remain with their respective leaders. This role ensures that work across those teams is clearly defined, assigned, sequenced, tracked, and completed.
Success in this role will be measured against project delivery, execution discipline, and the effectiveness of the project management practices established across the organization. Initial measures include:
