Job summary

EMBREY, a San Antonio-based real estate company, seeks a Project Manager (Multifamily Construction) to lead a Tennessee multifamily project from EMBREY's San Antonio HQ. This salaried, exempt role requires 5+ years of project management in multifamily or wood-frame construction, proficiency with Procore, MS Project and MS Office, and a proven track record of on-time delivery.

Travel to Tennessee as needed is expected.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SUCCESS FACTORS

• Proven Track Record: 5+ years of experience in project management with multifamily or wood frame construction projects.
• Technical Expertise: Your proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite enables you to navigate projects with agility and precision.
• Project Work: Must demonstrate an exemplary history of consistently completing projects on schedule and fostering collaborative efforts with project superintendents and company leadership to achieve shared company goals.
• Market: This position will oversee a multifamily construction project in Tennessee while working from EMBREY's corporate office in San Antonio, Texas.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to Tennessee as needed to oversee the project and support project execution.

EDUCATION

A bachelor's degree in Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
