Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company standards.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce safety standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates, manage project finances, and ensure profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
