Qualifications

• 7+ years managing residential, commercial, or hospitality construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction phases, budgeting, scheduling and cost accounting.
• OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid certifications required.

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Oversee construction schedules and budgets, preparing bids and monitoring performance.
• Conduct site walks, track progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
