Job summary

NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex telecom deployment programs, from initial planning through turnover. Based in Richardson, TX or Harrisburg, PA, you will coordinate Sales, Engineering, Solution Architecture, NOC, vendors, and customers to deliver 5G and enterprise wireless initiatives.

You will own schedules, budgets, risks, and governance, with daily focus on cross-functional teamwork, customer communication, and scalable deployment processes,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in telecom or related tech environments.
• Experience managing deployments from initiation to handover.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience coordinating engineering, operations, vendors, and customers.
• Knowledge of LTE and 5G network architectures.
• Experience using PM tools such as MS Project, Jira or Smartsheet.

Job description

We're hiring a Project Manager for a growing mobile telecommunications provider supporting customer-facing network deployments, 5G initiatives, and enterprise wireless solutions. This is a full-time opportunity based in Richardson, TX or Harrisburg, PA .

This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex telecom deployment programs from contract handoff through operational turnover. You'll work alongside Sales, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Network Operations, customers, and vendors to deliver next-generation mobile network solutions while helping shape delivery governance, project standards, and scalable deployment processes. If you enjoy leading cross-functional teams, driving accountability, and managing high-visibility telecom initiatives, this role offers strong growth potential and direct exposure to executive leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Project Management experience within telecommunications, wireless, networking, or related technology environments
• Experience managing customer technology deployments from project initiation through operational handover
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning
• Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating engineering, operations, vendors, and customer teams
• Working knowledge of LTE and 5G network architectures
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or comparable PM tools
• Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience managing 5G Standalone (5G SA) deployments
• Experience with Private Enterprise Networks and enterprise wireless solutions
• Experience with Mobile Core technologies including IMS, VoLTE, VoNR, EPC, and roaming
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience developing project governance frameworks and delivery processes
• Experience working with Nokia, Ericsson, Oracle, or other telecom vendors
• Experience in startup or high-growth telecommunications environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native telecom environments and network transformation initiatives
