Job summary

Hashwift Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep MES expertise to lead enterprise-wide MES programs across manufacturing operations.

You will plan, execute, and deliver MES initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, traceability, and digital manufacturing maturity, working with IT, Quality, and Operations across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years leading MES implementations.
• Experience with MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Camstar or other related MES).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional and global teams.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• PMP certification preferred.

Job Title: Project Manager – Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) expertise to lead enterprise-wide MES initiatives across manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering MES programs that improve operational efficiency, quality, traceability, and digital manufacturing maturity.

The ideal candidate has successfully led full lifecycle MES implementations and understands manufacturing processes, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MES implementations, upgrades, and integrations across multiple manufacturing sites.

Develop project charters, detailed plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Manage scope, timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.

Report program status, risks, and KPIs to executive leadership.

MES Implementation & Integration

Drive requirements gathering with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT.

Oversee system configuration, customization, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment.

Ensure integration with ERP (e.g., Oracle/SAP), PLM, automation systems, and supplier systems.

Coordinate data migration, validation, and system cutover planning.

Risk & Compliance Management

Identify project risks related to operations, cybersecurity, system integration, and compliance.

Ensure alignment with industry standards (ISO, FDA, ITAR, etc., as applicable).

Drive change management and user adoption strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

7+ years of project management experience, including:

5+ years leading MES implementations.

Demonstrated experience with leading MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Camstar or Other related MES)

Strong understanding of:

Manufacturing processes (discrete or process manufacturing).

Shop floor systems and automation.

Experience managing cross-functional and global teams.

Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

PMP certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in high-tech, semiconductor, electronics, or regulated manufacturing environments.

Experience with multi-site or global MES rollouts.

Familiarity with cloud-based MES architectures.

Strong understanding of data governance and manufacturing analytics.

Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline.

Ability to translate technical complexity into business impact.

Excellent stakeholder communication at executive and plant-floor levels.

Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
