Energy Jobline ZR in the Twin Cities area is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong sheet metal and HVAC experience to lead commercial mechanical projects from start to finish. The role requires coordinating with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality meet expectations.

You will visit jobsites, nurture customer relationships, resolve issues, and help keep projects on track.

• Commercial mechanical/HVAC project management experience.
• Strong sheet metal/HVAC knowledge and field understanding.
• Ability to understand the technical aspects of mechanical projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

The Opportunity

We’re representing an established and growing commercial mechanical contractor in the Twin Cities that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager with strong sheet metal/HVAC experience to their team.

This company has approximately 100 employees and provides commercial HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and service work. Their project portfolio is diverse, ranging from smaller commercial projects to large-scale data centers, manufacturing facilities, and food-processing/packaging facilities.

They are looking for someone who understands the technical side of sheet metal/HVAC work and can effectively manage projects, customers, and internal teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
