Job summary

Cogentanalytics is seeking a detail‑oriented Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee plumbing projects in North Royalton, OH. You will manage preconstruction steps, coordinate with site teams, and ensure schedules, budgets, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will review plans, track costs, respond to RFIs and Change Orders, and lead closeout activities with warranty letters and manuals.

Qualifications

• Project management experience (construction/plumbing preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Bonus: Commercial plumbing experience.

This position oversees all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and development of strategic financial plans to support company growth.
