Job summary

Cogent Talent Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing projects in North Royalton, OH from start to finish. You will coordinate with field crews, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and strict budget adherence.

Responsibilities include preconstruction steps, schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, site visits, and closeout documentation such as warranties and operation manuals.

Qualifications

• PM experience in construction/plumbing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

They are a leading plumbing company in North Royalton, OH. This position will collaborate in all aspects of accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and development of strategic financial plans to support company growth.
