Job summary

Enervise, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical projects from turnover through closeout. The role owns project financial performance, schedule, field coordination, customer communication, change orders, billing, risk, and closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, plumbing, construction, or related fields, with a BA/BS preferred. You will coordinate with service managers and field teams to stay on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical service, plumbing, construction, or a related field.
• BA or BS Degree in related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and commercial project execution.
• Experience managing budgets, job cost, forecasting, billing, or financial reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management, estimating, job-cost, accounting, or related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial mechanical projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Own budgets, job cost, labor productivity, margin, forecasting, billing, and cash flow.
• Develop schedules and manpower plans; coordinate equipment, materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Partner with Service Managers, Foremen, and field teams to keep work safe, on schedule, and on budget.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and manage expectations, scope changes, and project risks.
• Identify and negotiate change orders while protecting project profitability.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support successful project closeout.
