Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Project Manager with strong Medicaid experience to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives. You will act as the liaison between state stakeholders, business analysts, and delivery teams, driving execution and ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.

This role requires strong communication skills, state client engagement, and expertise in managing change requests while coordinating across matrices and tools.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience, including at least 3 years supporting Medicaid programs.

• Hands-on experience with Medicaid Claims and/or Provider operations projects.

• Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to work directly with state clients and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Experience gathering requirements and developing chargeable change requests.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.

• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and governance/reporting tools such as RQMS and GNow.

• Strong understanding of Waterfall project methodology with exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models.
