DNOW is seeking an ASME Project Manager to support customer needs by managing procurement and fulfillment for project materials. You will coordinate workloads across Purchasing/Expediting and lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, 5+ years of applications experience, and strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ applications experience including selection and cost in related industry.
• Experience with process, administrative and operations workflows; SyteLine knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven presentation abilities to diverse groups.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Detail-oriented, organized and analytical.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Prepare formal quotations with data sheets and price calculations per specifications.
• Estimate costs for material selections and ensure orders align with quotes.
• Create and manage project schedules from receipt to shipment.
• Coordinate shop floor deliveries with planners and schedule testing.
• Manage vendor timing and testing for final completion.
• Submit data sheets to engineering firms/clients for review.
• Collaborate with purchasing/expediting to assemble O&M Books for jobs.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
• Travel to customer locations for sales and project presentations.
• Lead project-related conference calls with third parties.
• Analyze opportunities for DNOW to improve efficiency and cost control.
