Spectrum is seeking a Project Manager to drive the delivery of products and services by managing schedules, resources, and budgets across multiple initiatives. You will influence customer journeys, implement new technologies for efficiency, develop cross-functional plans, and ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires collaboration across teams, willingness to travel, and a bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of PM experience.

• Expert user in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience using AI tools to maximize efficiency
• Understanding of database architecture, indexing strategies, normalization, and transaction management
• Proficiency in developing web-based communication strategies that support internal and external messaging goals
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed organization
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communication in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner

The base pay for this position generally is between $81,800.00 and $131,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
