They’re seeking a Marketing & Communications Project Manager to serve as the central hub for incoming marketing requests, organizing projects, and driving execution in a high-volume, fast-paced team. This person will be a key player on a lean marcomm team, helping manage requests across digital, print, and social platforms.
You’ll manage the ticketing queue, help triage incoming requests, communicate with internal stakeholders, and bring a problem-solving mindset to keep deliverables moving from kickoff through completion. This role includes wrangling freelancers and gig workers and working closely with a team of four in corporate marketing, as well as a separate product marketing team under their transformation group.

The Project Manager will
Manage all incoming marketing requests (all internal), which can include printed materials, social media posts, and presentations Manage marketing projects from request to completion Coordinate project-related tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing resources, and assigning responsibilities Identify and gather missing information and assets from different team members Maintain project to-do lists and track outstanding items Manage timelines and at-risk projects and tasks, and communicate updates to team and stakeholders Enjoy solving problems and making things run more smoothly Communicate clearly and professionally Ensure internal documentation is complete and organized Participate in department Zoom meetings and huddles to manage workflows Maintain detailed documentation and reports for leadership and department review
Ideal Candidates
Have 3-5 years of experience in a project coordination or management role Are highly organized and self-motivated to take the initiative to problem solve Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail Are not shy about following up with required individuals to make sure projects move from start to finish Have strong digital skills and can learn new systems and software quickly Have experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) Have some experience using Smartsheets, Excel, or similar project management software Have a strong aesthetic sense (preferred) Have some experience in Marketing and Communications (preferred but not required) Have knowledge of graphic design principles (preferred but not required)
