Job summary

Bellatrix Systems LLC seeks a hands-on Project Manager to lead a local manufacturing-site project expanding an MES environment into a new facility. You will manage the project plan, dependencies, risks, testing, documentation, training, implementation and hypercare while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include building detailed plans, coordinating Operations, Quality and IT, tracking progress, leading status meetings and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end project management experience on medium-size projects.
• Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, dependencies and risks.
• Ability to drive accountability with cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, leadership, status reporting and follow-up skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint or similar PM tools.
• Comfort with implementation, testing, cutover, documentation and go-live activities.
• Pharma, GMP, regulated manufacturing MES or validation experience preferred.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to lead a local manufacturing‑site project involving expansion of an MES environment into a new facility. The role will manage the project plan, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, testing, documentation, training, implementation, and hypercare while driving deliverables across cross‑functional teams.

Must‑have:

• Strong end‑to‑end project management experience with medium‑size projects
• Project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, dependency and risk management
• Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and driving accountability without direct authority
• Strong communication, leadership, status reporting, escalation, and follow‑up skills
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar PM tools
• Comfortable managing implementation, testing, cutover, documentation, and go‑live activities
• Pharma, GMP, regulated manufacturing, MES, validation, or manufacturing systems experience is preferred
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
