Job summary

VIRA Insight in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Project Manager to oversee client projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure deliverables are on time, within scope and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 2+ years in project or account management, ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred) and advanced Excel skills; strong communication and collaboration are essential. Travel regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in account or project management.
• Extensive experience supporting customer initiatives with a proven track record of attaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Experience with ERP/MRP software; Epicor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct all phases of the project/program, including RFP, order confirmations, sales orders, detailing, purchasing, production, delivery and installation.
• Review strategic Value Engineering opportunities with customers for cost savings.
• Ensure products are engineered to customer specification and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Develop project timelines and manage margins to stay within budget.
