Job summary

Paligen Technologies in Tampa, FL is seeking a Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of machinery, equipment, and chemical‑processing installations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, EH&S, and customer sites to deliver projects on time and within scope and budget.

The role requires a technical background in chemical manufacturing systems and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 3–7 years of project management experience in machinery, manufacturing, or industrial equipment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical or industrial engineering concepts.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, ERP systems).

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from kickoff through commissioning and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
