Job Summary:

The Project Manager is the overall manager for assigned projects. The Project Manager ensures that all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed, and managed in accordance with the company's requirements, including safety, quality, management, and financial performance. All aspects of the project(s) must be executed efficiently, focusing on staffing, materials management, financial management, customer care, and delivery goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline, and discharge project-related staff as needed, following company policies.
2. Manage human resources issues and provide performance feedback, promotions, and pay adjustments.
3. Guide and mentor staff to meet customer and company objectives.
4. Oversee workload distribution, monitor project progress, and manage project profitability to meet company goals.
5. Review job cost postings for accuracy, including invoicing, customer collections, and financial reporting.
6. Manage quality and safety issues related to customer work.
7. Participate in or facilitate the bid process.
8. Act as the company's liaison with customer representatives.
9. Create and implement process improvements.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Self-motivated, positive, professional, and capable of leading process improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints and project documents.
• Ability to travel as needed within the territory.
• Ability to learn company and customer project management systems.
• Must possess a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• RCDD certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years supervisory or managerial experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving standards.
• Experience in defining, planning, and managing projects to completion.

Note: Minimum experience required is 6+ years.
