Job description (including, but not limited to):

• Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
• Perform research on merchandise to determine the fair market value
• Safely pack and unpack goods
• Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
• Staging & preparing homes for sale
• Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers
• Create listings for online auctions
• Supervise team on job site
• Manage communication to clients
• And more, no 2 days are alike!

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

• Must be able to lift 30 pounds and help with moving furniture.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable source of transportation
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time
• Access to a computer for scheduling, time-keeping & project management apps
• Must be available to work 4-6 days per week from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (usually a 4-6 hour shift)
• Must be willing to travel up to an hour to job sites. Mileage will be partially reimbursed.
• Must have experience in supervising staff and working with older adults
