Job summary

Signify, via Cooper Lighting Solutions, seeks a Project Manager for Eden Prairie, MN or Peachtree City, GA. Lead end-to-end lighting controls projects—delivering on time and within budget—while coordinating with Proposal Management, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure seamless implementation.

You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and field service teams to identify risks, manage schedules, and maintain high-quality deliverables that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field with project management focus.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, customer-focused, and an effective communicator.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Experience in lighting controls, electrical systems, or construction PM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end management of lighting controls customer projects, on time and within budget.
• Own project from handover by Proposal Management and Sales to final acceptance and handover to Customer Service.
• Primary contact for customers, electrical contractors, agencies, and internal departments; coordinate submittals and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Tech Support, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Sales to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Track milestones, coordinate startup and warranty activities, and ensure deliverables meet quality and customer expectations.
