Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning product management, development, manufacturing, and services; manage roadmaps, risk, and reporting to steering committees; and champion Lean/Agile practices to maximize ROI and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• BS in related Engineering or Project Management.
• 3 years of product development experience (ideally systems with mechanics, electronics, automatism and software).
• 5 years of cross-functional team leadership experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies and life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Drive and ensure the delivery of the products or services defined in the Roadmap.
• Support the development and consolidation of the Roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with the project management methodology and value-creation processes.
• Establish projects, provide project plans, manage ongoing projects, and oversee the final delivery of completed projects.
• Lead regular meetings with the project team to ensure smooth project progress.
• Manage project closure activities, organize the knowledge gained, and ensure its proper capitalization.
