Job summary

CBX Solutions seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects for Division 8. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely delivery, within scope and budget, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role demands strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities, with 1–3 years in relevant industries. On-site work in a professional office environment is expected, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• Current and valid US driver's license.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in Division 8 industries.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress and track milestones.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management when needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third parties/vendors for project needs.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate resources and ensure quality control.
• Attend site meetings and perform routine inspections of work sites for compliance.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and close-out activities.
