What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage planning and delivery of Right of Way (ROW) survey and documentation activities
  • Perform quality control reviews on legal descriptions and plats produced by staff, ensuring adherence to utility company standards
  • Provide guidance and training to production staff on legal descriptions and plat maps
  • Monitor tracking systems to prioritize timely acquisition of property rights for projects
  • Coordinate daily with project teams on priorities and status, addressing issues as they arise
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BA/BS degree plus 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Program and Project Manager on survey projects
  • Knowledge of quality management principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with state and federal laws regarding real estate acquisitions and property management
  • Strong communication skills with a range of stakeholders, including government officials and public organizations
