Kapur & Associates is seeking a dedicated Land Development Project Manager for our Fort Myers, FL office. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and will lead grading and utility design using Civil 3D on land development projects.

The role requires strong collaboration with the Site Design team, data collection through site visits, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Experience with residential development is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering is required.
• 7+ years of stormwater modeling and site civil design experience preferred.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR software is desired.
• Strong grading and utility design understanding is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
