Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager in the Civil Engineering group to lead site civil projects from initiation to completion. You will design and analyze with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision, while building strong client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.

You will oversee project finances, mentor junior staff, and implement quality controls to meet high standards. This role rewards leadership and entrepreneurial collaboration across a national platform.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer license in Maryland is required.
• Proven experience managing site civil land development projects.
• Strong client management and communication skills; ability to mentor staff.

Pay Range

$124,000—$160,000 USD
