Project Manager - K-12 Construction

Base Pay Range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Manage ground-up K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate with owners, school districts, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in South Florida is strongly preferred.
