Job Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple joint-use projects simultaneously, tracking milestones, deliverables, and budgets from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, policies, and procedures related to the joint-use program.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive program records, including inspections, permitting, and code compliance verification.
  • Maintain and develop strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and metrics to leadership as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of combined experience in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Utility Operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) and utility design and construction standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills for effective coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with third-party make-ready requests and the Joint-Pole Application (JPA) process.
  • Knowledge of the National Joint Utilities Notification System (NJUNS) and Joint Facility Notification (JFN) process.
  • Valid driver's license for candidates in or near San Antonio, TX.
